Revision Policy

At Logo Tweet, we offer unlimited revisions according to the terms of your selected package. You can request revisions as specified in your package without incurring any additional fees. Please note that while we will make adjustments, the overall design and concept will remain consistent. The turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.

Refund Policy

At Logo Tweet, we are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through our unlimited free revision policy. You can make improvements to your initial design brief at no extra charge through your account area.

In the event of a duplicate charge due to processing errors, failure to meet your special design requirements, or if we are unable to complete your design order as per our delivery policy, we will provide a full refund.

For approved refunds on purchases over $5,000, the refund will be processed in multiple installments.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our design services, you can submit a refund request within five days of the initial design completion. If no refund request is received within this period, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the initial designs. For Special/Combo packages, the refund policy applies similarly to single packages.

Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee): If the refund request is made before the initial design delivery.
  • 66% Refund (less 10% service & processing fee): If the refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery.
  • 33% Refund (less 10% service & processing fee): If the refund request is made between 48 and 120 hours of the initial design delivery.
  • No Refund: Requests made after 120 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we encourage you to contact us with any concerns, as we are committed to customer satisfaction.

Refund requests should be communicated to our support department. logotweet reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on individual circumstances and any violations of your user agreement. Services with allocated and utilized resources will be refunded in installments.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Changes in circumstances
  • Finding cheaper alternatives elsewhere
  • Services involving third-party vendors (e.g., hosting, domain, security, copyrights)

How to claim your refund

All refund requests will be processed according to the following steps:

  • Submit Your Request: Claim your refund by specifying your concern and contacting us via your account manager, phone, chat, or email.
  • Resolution Attempt: We will first attempt to resolve your issue through our revision policy. If a resolution cannot be reached, we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.
  • Design Rights: Upon issuing a refund, the design rights will be transferred to logotweet. You will no longer have the right to display any version of the design provided by us.

Please Note: By accepting a refund and transferring the design rights to Logo Tweet, you agree that you will have no rights, direct or indirect, to use any design or content provided, nor will you have any ownership interest in the work product or media associated with it.

Account Area (Communication Medium)

The Account Area is an essential tool for communication and managing your design project. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Account Area for any queries, concerns, or additional instructions needed by the designer. Failure to frequently check or use the Account Area does not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

Quality Assurance Policy

To ensure your complete satisfaction, our designers adhere strictly to the specifications provided in your order form.

Each design is crafted after thorough research to guarantee quality and uniqueness. Our free multiple revision policy ensures that you achieve 100% satisfaction with the final design. We will continue to rework and revise the design until you are entirely pleased.

Additionally, we offer free coordination with your printing company if needed, to ensure a smooth and successful final production.

Delivery Policy

All design order files are delivered to your Account Area according to the date specified in your "Order Confirmation." You will also receive an email notification once your design order has been uploaded to your account. Please note that all policies related to revisions and refunds are based on the date and time the design order is delivered to your Account Area.

We deliver customized design orders via email within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order.

For faster service, we offer a RUSH DELIVERY option, allowing you to receive your initial logo samples within 24 hours for an additional $75. For further assistance, please contact our 24/7 Customer Support team.

Record Maintenance

We retain a record of your finalized design for 3 months after delivering the final files. If you need access to the final files after this period, we can redesign them for an additional fee.

Communication Policy

You agree that logotweet is not liable for any correspondence from email addresses other than those using our domain (e.g., @logotweet.com) or any toll-free numbers not listed on our website. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from such correspondence. We only take responsibility for communication through email addresses with our domain or via the toll-free number provided on our website.

Access to Information

To access logotweet’s services, you may be required to provide certain registration details or other information. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that all information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete. If we determine that your information is incorrect, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deny access to our services, or to terminate or suspend your account at any time.

As a compliant company, logotweet is authorized to keep your credit card information on file for recurring services, additional development hours, or necessary server and network equipment. This information may be used without prior notification; however, our representatives will inform you about these processes to ensure transparency.

We offer 24-hour customer support to assist with any queries or questions you may have. Feel free to contact us at any time.

Reactivation Policy

We will not entertain or issue refunds for orders if the client remains non-responsive for 45 days. However, if you face personal issues, you can email us to request a hold on the project. Should the client remain non-responsive beyond 45 days, a caution fee of $150 will be required to re-initiate the project.

Third Party Terms of Use

Certain features of our services may involve third-party vendors and business partners, which may include software, information, or other services. Some of these vendors and partners require users to agree to their own terms and conditions to use these features. This clause outlines the third-party terms and conditions that apply to these features. By using these features, you agree to comply with these third-party terms. Please note that these terms may change at the discretion of the third parties.

Exclusions

The Company will assist the Client with the integration of third-party plugins and APIs, provided that such integrations are strictly standard. We will not be involved in any third-party dealings or custom integrations beyond the standard functionality required for the website. Any additional work related to third-party integrations will require a separate fee agreement.
